Blackhawks–Richmond U11  15–23

Sunday 18-OCT-2015, Surrey CVL: So we wanted harder opposition? Well, we got it. After a great start with Noah and Jake combining well to give us an early 4-0 lead, the rest of the game was a series of turnovers, travelling, wild shots, missed lay-ups and lack of passion. 

The biggest positives today, were Jake who tipped off his season with 9 well-earned points as well as Matthew and Tieni who are showing signs of great potential.  We expect more from our more experienced players but, let’s face it, it was the first hard game of the season and, as with previous years, the players will grow into the culture of the competitive spirit that dominates any sport worth its salt. Well done boys.
